Family Constellations Introduction Evening

Tuesday, August 1st | 6:30pm EST (3:30pm PST)

About This Intro Evening

In this intro gathering, Nick Werber will introduce you to Family Constellations, a holistic healing modality that helps participants explore and address challenges using a multi-generational lens. Generally speaking, the practice of Family Constellations seeks to explore larger generational patterns and the effects of intergenerational trauma on individuals within a family system.

This intro evening is open to everyone who wants to learn about this practice. It will also touch on the upcoming practitioner training Nick will be teaching in New York City which starts this September. If you’re someone who wants to explore this for your own benefit, or if you have a coaching and wellness practice and want to offer this type of of work to your clients, this is a great way to get to know more about the practitioner program. There will be space for Q&A throughout.

What Are Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is an approach that sheds light on the hidden dynamics within family systems, ultimately fostering healing and greater harmony. At its core, Family Constellations acknowledges that we are deeply interconnected with our ancestors and family members, and that our lives are influenced by the experiences and traumas they endured. It is an self-empowering approach that seeks to unravel the entanglements and unresolved issues that may be affecting our well-being and relationships, offering a path towards greater understanding and resolution.

The beauty of Family Constellations lies in its ability to create a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth. It promotes compassion, acceptance, and reconciliation, offering a space for participants to address and end cycles and let go of burdens they may have unknowingly been carrying.

In practice, Family Constellations is a truly unique practice that guides participants to utilize a combination of embodiment, family-mapping and connecting with one’s inner compass to help get to the root of longstanding, often confusing dynamics. A longer description can be found here.
