These are 4-7 day immersions utilizing a combination of Family Constellations, embodiment practice, meditation, and group discussion. During which you'll explore how to let go and move forward in a way that honors the past and supports your next chapter.

These programs help guide you through the often mysterious and confusing ways family history seems to show up and repeat itself in your relationships, how you go about your work, how you handle money and raise your own family.
