A free workshop for family outsiders and cycle breakers who want some new ideas and practices to explore what belonging, boundaries, and generational history means to them and their journey.

About This Workshop

This free workshop offers an introduction to Family Constellations practices for family outsiders and cycle breakers. You’ll get a glimpse into how hidden family dynamics can shape patterns and relationships later in life. And through a handful of powerful exercises, you’ll get some ways to explore these dynamics with curiosity and compassion. The workshop provides a supportive space to connect with others on similar journeys. Come learn some new practices and see how they support your path as the outsider or cycle breaker.

Essentially, this is an opportunity for Nick to share some go-to practices that have served him.

Everyone who signs up, whether or not you joined live, will receive a copy of the recording afterward.

About Nick Werber

Nick is an integrative coach, educator and writer working in the realms of embodiment, generational trauma, and the intersection between identity and belonging. He is a board member of The Focalizing Institute 501(c)(3) and received the bulk of his initial training over a decade of mentorship from the institute’s founder and renown somatic psychologist, Dr. Michael Picucci.

To date, Nick has taught hundreds of therapists, coaches and helping professionals across 12+ countries on how to develop inner resiliency and transform the narratives that are at the root of what keeps people stuck.
