1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Inner Child Healing for Black Sheep (the “Program”), operated by Nick Werber Integrative Coaching LLC.

By purchasing and participating in this Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Program Description

The Program is a 7-week educational and coaching-based experience designed to support participants in understanding and working with patterns related to family dynamics, self-blame, and identity.

The Program may include:

  • Live sessions

  • Recorded materials

  • Exercises and educational content

Access to Program materials may be provided through a third-party platform (such as Thinkific).

3. Refund Policy (7-Day Guarantee)

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy.

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of the start of the program.

  • For this cohort, the refund window ends May 21st, 2026

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to: hello@nicknwerber.com

Once your request is received within the eligible period, your refund will be processed in full.

After this period, all sales are final.

4. Coaching, Not Therapy

This Program is educational and coaching-based in nature.

  • It is not therapy

  • It does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions

  • It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment

Nick Werber and the Company are not acting as licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical providers in this context.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing

  • You will seek appropriate licensed care if needed

  • This Program is intended to support personal growth, not provide clinical treatment

If you are currently experiencing significant mental health distress, you are encouraged to seek support from a licensed professional.

5. Personal Responsibility

By participating in the Program, you accept full responsibility for:

  • Your decisions

  • Your actions

  • Your interpretations of the material

You agree that results are not guaranteed, and outcomes will vary based on individual participation and circumstances.

6. Payment Terms

By purchasing the Program, you agree to pay the full listed price at checkout.

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

7. Access and Delivery

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email after purchase

  • A separate email with access instructions to the course platform

If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, you agree to contact support so we can assist you.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program materials are the intellectual property of Nick Werber Integrative Coaching LLC.

You agree that you will not:

  • Share, distribute, or reproduce Program materials

  • Record or redistribute sessions

  • Provide access to non-paying individuals

All content is for your personal use only.

9. Community and Conduct

If the Program includes group participation:

You agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with other participants

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared experiences

  • Not share personal stories or identities outside the Program

The Company reserves the right to remove participants who engage in harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nick Werber Integrative Coaching LLC and Nick Werber are not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages

  • Emotional or psychological outcomes

  • Personal decisions made based on Program content

Your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

11. No Guarantees

While the Program is designed to support meaningful personal change, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific results

  • Emotional outcomes

  • Relationship changes

Each participant’s experience will differ.

12. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
