BEYOND THE FAMILY BLUEPRINT:
THE OMEGA INSTITUTE
Transform Family Rejection Into Sacred Purpose
Learn how family black sheep, scapegoats, and misfits can practice inner belonging to find purpose and transform inherited shame.
Who is this for:
This space is for those who felt like the outsider in their family system — the scapegoat, black sheep, lost child, or anyone who learned early on that being fully themselves wasn’t safe or supported. If your healing journey has helped you understand your family dynamics but hasn’t yet freed you from repeating them, you belong here.
This also includes those who were cast as the “golden child” or the “hero.” Even in roles that looked successful from the outside, many learned to survive by becoming who they were needed to be, rather than who they truly were meant to be.
Many who grow up as the black sheep of their family, the scapegoat, or misfit carry invisible burdens: shame, guilt, and the feeling of never belonging anywhere. This weekend retreat offers a compassionate space to understand those experiences better and release their hold.
Through discussion, guided embodiment, parts work, and family constellations practices, we explore how family dynamics shape identity and how these painful roles can be unlearned.
By cultivating inner belonging, a way of meeting yourself with presence and compassion, and through sharing space with others who get it, you transform rejection into insight, tenderness, and purpose.
This retreat is designed for anyone seeking to live beyond their family’s blueprint and come home to themselves.
What Will I Receive?
Deep connection & belonging: Be in a circle with people who truly get it — no explaining, no minimizing. Just real connection with others who understand what it’s like to grow up in these roles.
Practices to work with shame: Guided practices and support for unwinding the toxic shame that often comes from being cast as the outsider (or trapped in any rigid family role).
Insight that lands in the body, not just the mind: You’ll leave with understanding and a felt sense of being resourced — something that stays with you long after the work is done.
A role-specific roadmap for breaking family cycles: You’ll receive a clear, practical path based on the role you played in your family system and how to step out of it.
Concrete next steps toward your authentic self: Walk away with actionable ideas and embodied steps for continuing to become who you were always meant to be — beyond the family blueprint.

About Nick Werber
Nick Werber is an integrative coach in private practice specializing in individual, family and inherited trauma, embodiment, applied neuroscience and energy work. He is a board member of The Focalizing Institute and received the bulk of his initial training over nearly a decade of mentorship from the institute’s founder and pioneering psychologist, Dr. Michael Picucci.
Nick has been a featured practitioner and teacher by the Embodiment Conference, the Center for Integrative Hypnosis, and the MyWellbeing network and leads workshops and retreats both domestically and abroad. Approximately five years into his work with the Focalizing Institute, a mixture of intuition and serendipity moved him to work with several world-renowned practitioners of Systemic Family Constellations including Suzi Tucker, Dan Cohen and Emily Blefeld. Today, he has become a prominent voice for Family Constellations and the effects of ancestral trauma and is one of the most active FC facilitators in the Northeastern United States.
While working with clients privately, Nick has continued to follow in the footsteps of Dr. Picucci by teaching therapists, coaches and bodyworkers the power of Focalizing. To date, he has trained hundreds of Focalizing practitioners across 12+ countries on how to utilize their body as means to connect with intuition, process trauma, and build inner resiliency.
