Somatics and Source

A free introduction to Focalizing and the practical spirituality that Dr. Picucci wrote about in somatics.

About This Workshop

Most conversations about somatic practice focus on nervous system regulation or healing tools. But what if embodiment went deeper than that? The truth is many long-time veterans of these practices would say it does.

In Somatics and Source, I talked about how body-based practice can open us to wholeness, connection, and even a kind of practical spirituality. That deep states of embodiment can shift our worldview and feel like stepping through threshold into a new way of being.

This class was inspired by my teacher, Dr. Michael Picucci’s and his book Focalizing Source Energy - and it’s for anyone curious about how somatic practice can move beyond regulation into something multidimensional.
