About This Workshop

A workshop for chronic ruminators, over-thinkers, and anyone stuck in endless loops of past regrets or future anxieties looking for answers.

Although it is often unknown to the ruminator, chronic rumination can be a sign of a dysregulated nervous system and may stem from unresolved trauma; functioning as a coping mechanisms when others weren’t available.

In this workshop, Nick will teach you gentle, trauma-informed embodiment practices to uncover the root of your rumination, support nervous system regulation, and will offer a roadmap for building a more connected and grounded foundation for experiencing the world moving forward.
